These terms apply to all purchases made at the nursery or online.

Buying a plant means you agree to these rules.

Plants and Livestock

Natural variation: Plants are living things. They may vary slightly in size, color, and shape from photos or descriptions.

Health guarantee: We sell healthy plants free of major pests or diseases.

Inspection: Please inspect your plants before you leave the store or upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Houseplants: You can return indoor houseplants within 14 days with a receipt if they are in good condition.

Outdoor plants: Outdoor succulents come with a 30-day guarantee if planted correctly.

Exclusions: Clearance items, and custom orders cannot be returned.

Proof of purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Care and Liability

Aftercare: We provide general care instructions, but we are not responsible for plant death caused by under-watering, over-watering, frost, pests, or poor soil conditions after purchase.

Pesticides: Our plants are grown organically, no pesticides have been used, so all on this site are safe for your pets to eat.
